location is really very good. breakfast is also decent for that price.
double bed is two single bed next to each other. Shower is really very inconvenient. AC is not working. Room is not dark enough to sleep as half of the blinds is broken. Computer and internet is so slow.

Informative and helpful staff. Great location, near subway, walking distance to many attractions. Spacious and clean room.
Only one minor problem, there was no shower curtain but they gave us extra floor mats.

Location near Wenceslaus square and right in front of a metro stop. Very convenient access to the airport (~1 1/2 hour on 1 euro - metro and bus).
Evening staff didn't speak much English, which made it difficult to ask for/negotiate things. We booked a first class double room which looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. There was no tub, no upper floor and no view of Prague castle, all of which are shown in the pictures or description. The staff did nothing to remedy this situation. The hotel is made up of a series of improvised rooms, so the chances of you getting the actual room shown in the picture are slim. No wi-fi in the room.

The Hotel was in a great location in the new town of Prague, the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great.
I didn't like the smoking areas in the hotel.

The location is very good and our room was clean and tidy. Staff were there 24 hours a day and helpful when required.
The en-suite, which was designed as a wet room, floods quite easily due to insufficient sloping in the floor. TV channels are very limited with no english or international channels.

The hotel offers different price classes. We were in the budget part that is quite simple. The beds were not so comfortable and the breakfast below average. The location, however, is really excellent.

The location & friendly staffs!
Well, it's not as luxury as they did mention at the website. By means of the room rate, it is luxury! The automatic wooden curtain are torn, they can't cover up the glass window, i guess people from the opposite buildings could see through. What's worse, the bath tub is facing a Big window, and i hope the opposite building didn't see me bath. Room #501.

It had a free wireless connection and there were PCs available for guests.
It was difficult to locate this hostel because there were no signs. The room was not very clean.

Location. The small garden restaurant and the view at the top rooms.
Front desk would be better. Bathrooms need more light and shower place needs more accesories and more cleaning. The price they charge for car parking is way too much.
